When your mom is a valkyrie of a supermodel, are you destined to be hot too? Well in the case of Leni Klum, the answer seems to be yes. Although Leni isn’t a carbon copy of Heidi Klum — she’s shorter with bigger boobs, and has more of a cute baby face than chiseled cheekbones. But they’re both freakin’ 10s.
Anyway they did a photo shoot for Intimissimi lingerie where they’re both wearing lingerie (duh) and seem to be having quality mother-daughter time. Apparently this was traumatic for some people. Hot moms and their daughters shouldn’t hang out together in sexy underwear!!! Oh really? What if they were at the beach wearing bikinis? Would that cause such outrage? Sheesh, people gotta get a grip. It’s not porn; they’re not making out or anything. It’s just two extremely attractive women in their underwear. (And for the record, Leni was indeed 18 when they did the shoot.) We’ve been seeing these group shots of women in lingerie for years, you know — the Victoria’s Secret Angels pose and walk the runway together in lingerie; that doesn’t imply that they’re lesbians. And how about the now-standard group shots in lingerie ads for that whole “lingerie for every body type” message. So here Intimissimi is sending the message that they make lingerie for everyone from smokeshow moms to smokeshow daughters. It’s a versatile product.
