England is not a basketball powerhouse. A handful of players have made it into the NBA (Luol Deng being the best) but really — the field is wide open for some British baller to step up and become a hoops legend. With such a low bar, we can say for sure that Joey Fisher playing pop-a-shot in a skimpy top and topless counts as a British basketball great. Maybe she couldn’t take Luol Deng one-on-one, but you’d watch her practice free throws and layups all day long. Her form is perfect.
