Has there ever been a sexier mainstream female comic book super-character than Catwoman? Ok, maybe there have — Elektra, Emma Frost, Harley Quinn all have their appeal. But Catwoman first appeared in 1940 and pioneered the little feline ears that would later become standard slutty-girl Halloween attire. Because a cat — sure, a cat can jump and hiss at you, but it’s not a scary animal. Not like Tiger Woman or Rhino Woman. It’s a kitty-cat with cute ears and a tail! Selina Kyle as Catwoman tried to get a little scarier, upping the dominatrix look of it, but that only made her sexier. Look how well Gisele does the Catwoman thing.
