We first encountered Miriam Noltzy on TwXtter, where she goes by @FetishMiriam.
(You can get her links from her Linktree Page, including the really good link — her Fansly page.)
And we thought, Wow, those are some fantastic boobs and gorgeous nipples. And then as we paid attention to her posts we noticed things… started… happening. Unexpected things. Things that looked painful. Rubber bands around the tits. Hot wax. Bruises and burns. Rope. Talk of being hooked up to a milking machine to drain her udders like she was a cow.
We worship breasts around here, and would never want to hurt them. But what if… what if she wants them to be abused? What’s that all about? We had to find out more. So we asked her some questions.
How did you discover that you like having your breasts abused?
They’re so big, and I’ve always noticed the attention they get from men. Part of me feels ashamed of that attention, so consensual breast torture feels almost like a kind of penance to me — and at the same time, it turns me on. That contradiction is a big part of the appeal for me.

So ultimately do you feel pleasure or pain? Or does the pain just turn you on?
The pain itself probably feels the same to me as it would to anyone else. It still hurts. The difference is that my brain doesn’t react with ‘stop.’ It reacts with ‘more — this is good, keep going.’ Somehow the pain becomes part of the pleasure for me rather than something I want to escape from.
So — your nipples are hurting and at the same time your pussy is getting wet.
Yes, that’s basically what happens. My nipples can genuinely hurt while at the same time I’m getting sexually aroused. To me those two sensations aren’t contradictory — the pain actually intensifies the arousal.
Your Twitter followers have seen you with hot wax on your tits, seen them tied up and bound with rope and rubber bands, smushed in a huge clamp, they’ve been bruised, burned — what was your ultimate experience? The one that turned you on the most.
Probably when both of my breasts were tightly bound at the same time and had already turned purple. I was already so turned on that I was coming and completely soaking wet. That combination of intense pain, pressure and seeing what they looked like pushed me over the edge.
We are talking about inanimate torture devices — rope, rubber bands, etc. What about when you are with a man? Do you ask him to bite, twist, pull, slap your nipples and boobs to turn you on?
Yes — when I’m with someone I trust, I absolutely enjoy that too. Biting, twisting, pulling, slapping… it can all turn me on. But what excites me most isn’t one specific thing. It’s the intensity and the feeling that he’s deliberately pushing me, watching how I react, and realizing that instead of wanting him to stop, I want more. That dynamic turns me on more than any single technique.
Is this about submission and submissiveness, or just about pain?
Both. I genuinely enjoy the pain, but submission intensifies it. Giving someone I trust control over me and letting them push me makes the whole experience much more powerful than pain alone.

Can you tell us about your persona, “The Masked One”? And the comic book…
It actually started for a very simple reason: to protect my identity. The mask gave me anonymity and allowed me to separate this part of my life from everything else. But over time, ‘The Masked One’ became much more than that — it became part of my identity and almost a trademark of its own.
Sometimes I even wonder how much of Miriam is The Masked One, and how much of The Masked One has become Miriam. Honestly, I think both are there. They’re two sides of the same person, and together they’ve become part of the whole thing that people know and love.
At this point, I don’t think I’d ever want to change that. The mask started as protection, but it became part of who I am.
The comic was basically another version of that persona — slightly adapted and exaggerated for the story, of course. People can interpret how much of it is ‘really me’ however they like. The comic itself was mainly an experiment. I wanted to try something new, learn from it and see how the character could work in a different format. I don’t really think it’s something that can be distributed commercially in a meaningful way, so for me it was more about experimenting, learning and growing than creating an actual product to sell.
Well when people talk about this kind of fetish they also talk about “after care” — is that something you enjoy? After the pain, having someone be caring and gentle with your boobs or nipples?
For me, aftercare is actually a very important part of it. I think of it a bit like going on a roller coaster with someone: the experience itself can be intense, overwhelming and full of adrenaline, and afterwards you just want to be held by the person you shared it with.
That’s what makes it meaningful to me. The more intense the experience is, the more important it becomes that I can really let go and trust the person — and afterwards feel that they still care about me, not just about what happened physically.
In my experience, men who are older and, more importantly, genuinely experienced often understand that very well. They know that the caring part afterwards is not separate from the experience — it’s part of what makes the whole thing work.
Without that warmth and care, it can feel cold, detached and almost toxic. Then it’s just a transaction. And I think that’s why some shoots feel very impersonal, while others stay with you emotionally in a completely different way.
Last question — we were talking awhile ago and you said you wanted to be hooked up to a machine and have your udders milked like a cow. YIKES that sounds painful! Have you done it yet, and what was it like?
Not quite in the way you mean, unfortunately. I have tried a breast pump — the kind that’s normally used for expressing milk — and I actually really enjoyed the sensation. But the whole fantasy of being properly hooked up to a machine and ‘milked’ like that is still just a fantasy for me.
I’d still really love to try it someday. And if that fantasy ever becomes reality, hopefully it’s as much fun as I imagine — and ideally something I’d want the chance to repeat. But to answer your question directly: no, I haven’t actually done it yet in the way we talked about back then.
